GIFT AID DECLARATION – FOR ALL DONATIONS

Please treat as Gift Aid donations all qualifying gifts of money made to the Redeemed Christian Church of God Manifest Church, Charity number: 1191835.

I confirm that I am a UK taxpayer, and confirm that I have paid or will pay an amount of Income Tax and/or Capital Gain Tax for each tax year (6 April to 5 April), appropriate to the amount of tax on donations made to the charity. I understand that the charity will reclaim 25p of tax on every £1 that I give on or after 6th of April 2008.

Please notify Redeemed Christian Church of God Manifest Church if you:

  • Want to cancel this declaration
  • Change your name or home address
  • No longer pay sufficient tax on your income and/or capital gain.

If you pay Income Tax at the higher or additional rate and want to receive the additional tax relief due to you, you must include all your Gift Aid donations on your Self-Assessment tax return or ask HM Revenue and Customs to adjust your tax code.

Note: Please, always remember to quote giving number (on the top left corner) on the church envelop. Online giving through bank transfer or other payment merchants will reflect name, so no need to quote giving number other than referencing purpose of giving.
